DawnCast is a voice agent that speaks your weather briefing every morning, automatically escalating into a clear, urgent warning when there's an active flood, cyclone, or heatwave nearby. In disaster-prone regions like Bangladesh, life-saving alerts often go unnoticed, buried in apps people don't check first thing in the morning. DawnCast fixes that by building safety into a habit you already have. Each morning, it pulls live weather from OpenWeatherMap and disaster alerts from GDACS, then AssemblyAI's Voice Agent API speaks the briefing aloud and answers follow-up questions naturally. Users can also enable push notifications for daily morning briefing on the weather, get earthquake alert notification, detect their location automatically, and get real-time conversational updates. After turning on the alarm briefing notification , it notifies you everyday on your phone from the web. It can also be used on your laptop/desktop.
