Return Intelligence Voice

A returned product can give a brand useful feedback and a chance to earn the customer's next purchase. RIV explores that opportunity while respecting a customer's decision to take a refund. RIV looks up customer and order evidence, separates stated preferences from tentative history-based inferences, and compares sourced attributes within refund and discount policy. Liking oversized fit is not a sizing complaint. Catalog snapshots support a 250 GSM versus 220 GSM comparison, but do not prove comfort, skin safety, complaint resolution or live stock. The hosted synthetic text workflow passed comparison, confirmation and persistence, including the same simulated result after reload. Those outcomes were verified through interaction and DOM records. The saved hosted screenshot shows the entry screen, not completion. A separate local synthetic text refund produced one linked product signal. One observation is not a trend or proof of revenue growth. Real speech from the AssemblyAI Voice Agent API is audible in the video. Across separate calls, application lookup, diagnosis, search and discount refusal worked. The final call accepted the material diagnosis and preserved liked fit, but a clarification gate blocked candidates. No recorded voice proposal, confirmation or resolution completed. Earlier concatenated provider audio excerpts are explicitly unsynchronized. This is an app-owned prototype with synthetic judge customers, no merchant partnership and no real merchant transaction. Snapshot and inventory limits are labeled. The historical item remains Refund Completed; its past return cause is not invented. Standard synthetic product narration credits Vasu without impersonating his voice. Narrator, test customer and actual agent audio remain distinct.
