surgical discharge assistant

Discharge Assistant helps patients recover safely after surgery by turning static discharge paperwork into a conversation. Doctors enter medications, wound care steps, activity restrictions, and warning signs through a simple intake form. Patients then talk to a voice assistant by phone number or a shareable code ,that answers questions grounded strictly in their own instructions, never general medical advice. If a doctor updates the instructions later, the patient is proactively told what changed the next time they check in — so nothing falls through the cracks between hospital and home. patients give informed consent before their first conversation. In case of emergency do not rely on the voice assistant it is just for instructions
