CompeteIQ is an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform for B2B strategy teams. Product strategists make roadmap, pricing, and positioning decisions while competitors move — often on gut feel and stale spreadsheets. CompeteIQ closes that gap with a single loop: intelligence → insight → action → measured outcome. How it works: a strategist defines a market space (region × industry × segment, e.g. SMB • HR Tech • India), and the platform automatically scrapes live competitor data from public sources via Supabase Edge Functions, then uses an LLM (OpenRouter gpt-4o-mini) to analyze the landscape — surfacing opportunities, risks, predictions, battle cards, and trend snapshots. All analysis is served server-side through a secure pipeline with full Row-Level Security, role-scoped lines of business, and credentials kept in Secret Manager. What makes it original: it is a closed loop, not a dashboard. Intelligence pushes directly to ServiceNow as real incidents, AI generates versioned product roadmaps, historical snapshot diffs reveal market shifts, a Product Copilot answers from the actual space data, and every recommendation carries a predicted KPI delta later scored against actuals — so impact is measured, not assumed. Business value: hours to insight instead of weeks, one click to turn a risk or opportunity into a tracked ticket, and a multi-tenant foundation that fits product, marketing, sales, and leadership workflows. Built with native.builder: we started with a natural-language brief in native.builder, whose AI factory scaffolded the initial app (data model, auth, core screens). We then extended it with hand-written React + TypeScript, 16 Supabase Edge Functions, and integrations with LLM, Bright Data, and ServiceNow — proving how a prompt-to-app platform accelerates a production-shaped build. The app is live with a seeded HR-Tech demo, a short demo video, and an overview deck — links in the submission.
