Tablekeeper: Reservations That Survive Reality

A restaurant reservation should be more than a confirmation screen. Tablekeeper is designed to protect the entire evening, from the moment a guest chooses a time until the restaurant has served the table. For guests, Tablekeeper creates a single, living view of the reservation. My Evening brings together the table, preferences, occasion notes, accessibility needs, messages, calendar export, change history and a transparent simulated reservation-guarantee timeline. Best Times helps guests choose smarter before they book, while Passport and sharing make plans easier to revisit and coordinate. For restaurants, Tablekeeper is built for the moments traditional booking tools handle badly: a table closes, capacity changes or a service plan needs to move. The Control Room gives operators a clear view of the night, while the Recovery Simulator lets them rehearse a disruption before touching a live booking. An exact planner then proposes the smallest viable recovery, prioritising fewer moved parties and fewer empty seats. Managers can preview the impact first, then apply the plan deliberately. Underneath that experience, Tablekeeper preserves accepted terms, prevents duplicate bookings on retries, keeps guest-facing changes understandable and maintains a clear history of what happened. Tablekeeper is not just software for booking a table. It is an operational safety layer for the evening: protect the guest when plans change, and give the restaurant a precise way to recover the night. Protect the evening. Recover the night.
