Software engineers face severe review fatigue from first-generation AI code bots. Standard tools act as unvetted prompt wrappers that dump pedantic comments across pull requests. These bots suffer from high hallucination rates and flag phantom defects that waste developer time. Furthermore, teams deploy review prompts without running regression evaluations on historical pull requests. StampBob provides an autonomous closed-loop review engine built for software engineering teams and open source maintainers. Built on IBM Bob 2.0, StampBob replaces ungrounded AI text with mathematical code proofs. The engine inspects cross-package call graphs, parses abstract syntax trees, and enforces invariant rules across every incoming pull request. Developers interact with StampBob through three distinct workflows. In GitHub repositories, headless Bob Shell runs inside automated continuous integration pipelines to evaluate pull requests. In local terminals, developers execute custom slash commands to inspect code and apply atomic remediation diffs inside the Bob development environment. Teams also use our Tactical Review Command Center to audit code diffs interactively with sub-second response times. StampBob introduces the Verification Oracle Rule. The engine only posts a finding when it successfully creates an isolated reproduction test that triggers that exact failure in a sandbox. If the generated test does not fail, StampBob discards the finding. Additionally, StampBob requires an offline evaluation gate before merge. The engine must score one hundred percent accuracy against fifty golden benchmark fixtures before it evaluates live code. IBM Granite Guardian 3.0 inspects every outgoing review to block prompt injection and ungrounded statements. Watsonx Factsheets logs prompt hashes, model versions, and token expenditure for complete corporate governance. StampBob cuts review delays and eliminates comment clutter, replacing noise with verified patches and reproducible tests.
