Aegis Dev is an advanced, enterprise-grade security operations center (SOC) dashboard and automated SecOps platform built to protect modern software applications and AI-driven systems. Designed as a hackathon prototype, it replicates a high-end cyber threat monitoring command center that brings together live telemetry, automated defense mechanisms, and instant vulnerability management into a single, cohesive interface. The platform relies on a collaborative, decoupled micro-module backend architecture where different team members own specific security pipelines. This modular design allows each component to run independently while feeding structured data into the centralized dashboard, ensuring high reliability, clean separation of concerns, and seamless teamwork throughout development. The first core pillar is the Code and Secret Scanner, managed by Member 1, which reviews source code files to automatically catch exposed plaintext credentials, database passwords, and hardcoded API keys before they can be exploited. Working alongside it is Member 2's AI Firewall and Prompt Shield, an Express-based middleware server running on port 3000 that intercepts user prompts in real time to block malicious AI prompt injections, jailbreaks, and unauthorized system role overrides. To address regulatory and structural requirements, Member 3 provides the automated Compliance Checker, which audits system postures against major industry standards like SOC2 and GDPR to generate comprehensive score reports and recommendations. Furthermore, Member 4's Auto-Fixer and Remediation module takes the gathered vulnerability insights and automatically applies patches to flawed code, while Member 5's Threat Mapper aggregates global telemetry and active exploit kill-chains for the security operators. The entire application is powered by a reliable Node.js and Express tech stack, utilizing file-system-based JSON communication to pass structured scan reports, compliance logs, and threat alerts between modules effortlessly. The user interface mimics a sleek, dark-themed enterprise operations room where operators can view active threats, trigger instant scans, and deploy one-click auto-patches safely. Ultimately, Aegis Dev solves the growing challenge of securing rapid software development and AI integration by automating the tedious parts of security audits. By combining static code analysis, real-time AI guardrails, compliance tracking, and automated remediation into one unified platform, it provides developers and security teams with a complete, production-ready blueprint for modern application defense.Aegis Dev is an advanced, enterprise-grade security operations center (SOC) dashboard and automated SecOps platform built to protect modern software applications and AI-driven systems.
