VoxOps is a multi-tenant, voice-first AI operations assistant that gives employees and field workers a single conversational interface to their organization’s knowledge and workflows. Instead of navigating multiple systems, users can simply speak to VoxOps to ask questions, troubleshoot problems, check jobs or requests, and take action. The agent retrieves information from the organization’s Knowledge Base using RAG, understands the user’s intent, routes requests to the appropriate department, and securely executes authorized actions through tool calling. For employees, VoxOps can answer company-policy questions, troubleshoot IT issues, check ticket status, and create support requests. For field workers, it can retrieve job details, provide equipment troubleshooting guidance from approved company documentation, record work performed, update job status, and generate service reports. The platform uses role-based access control and organization-level data isolation so the assistant only exposes information and actions available to the current user. Important write actions can require confirmation, while tool calls and business actions can be tracked through audit and activity records. Our hackathon demo showcases both office and field workflows, demonstrating how real-time voice interaction can connect company knowledge, reasoning, and business operations in one AI-powered interface.
