Dark Factory built by Nightshift
Nightshift's Dark Factory is three AI seats in one Band chatroom, each with a written job description: the Architect plans and decides, the Implementer builds, and the Verifier checks every build against the spec with tests it writes before seeing the code. A single human message starts a run; after that nobody steps in. On the Pocketful track it delivered all four stages, from payments to refunds, in under two and a half hours. Every verdict, check list and commit is in the repository, so judges can check the checker. And because the factory is generic, the same factory built the Tablekeeper track successfully as well without changing anything in the factory.
