Tablekeeper is a four-stage restaurant reservation and operations platform built through a multi-agent BAND software factory. It begins with reliable restaurant availability and booking, then progressively adds combined seating, reservation management, recurring reservation series, versioned policies, history, closures, and replanning workflows. The customer flow supports restaurant selection, date and party-size search, available table options, booking confirmation, generated reservation references, lookup, and validation. Behind the interface, the system focuses on correctness with idempotent operations, concurrency-safe state changes, timezone and DST handling, and portable state import/export. Development was coordinated through separate planning, implementation, and review agents using explicit BAND handoffs and incremental Git history. The repository preserves Stage 1 through Stage 4 independently, along with run instructions, factory documentation, mandates, and exported BAND room evidence. The final Stage 4 implementation is locally runnable and demonstrates both customer reservation flows and advanced restaurant-operations logic.
