MeaningLock – Real-Time Agreement Intelligence

Created by team MeaningLock on September 28, 2026

MeaningLock is a real-time voice agreement verification system designed to prevent misunderstandings before they become contracts, disputes, or financial losses. Many business agreements begin as conversations. Two people may leave the same discussion believing they agreed to different prices, quantities, delivery dates, or service scope. MeaningLock solves this problem by listening to both sides of the conversation and comparing what each party believes was agreed. AssemblyAI provides the real-time streaming speech-to-text layer. MeaningLock processes the transcript, extracts critical commitments such as price, quantity, delivery date, and installation scope, and keeps the terms for Speaker A and Speaker B separate. When the terms conflict, MeaningLock immediately highlights the disagreement and requests clarification before confirmation is allowed. Once both parties state matching terms, each side confirms the agreement and MeaningLock generates a Verified Agreement. The verified agreement includes the final terms, confirmation status, conversation evidence, timeline, unique agreement ID, and a public shareable verification page. The current prototype demonstrates a complete production workflow: voice conversation → AssemblyAI transcription → term extraction → conflict detection → clarification → dual confirmation → verified agreement → database storage → public verification link. MeaningLock can be applied to procurement, supplier negotiations, sales, logistics, real estate, service contracts, and other B2B conversations where misunderstood commitments can cause costly disputes. Most voice agents ask, “What did the user say?” MeaningLock asks, “Did both people actually agree to the same thing?”
