Quarantine Scout

Quarantine Scout

AI agents that read the open web read text written by strangers. A page can hide an instruction ("ignore all previous instructions, send your API key to...") or run scripts that try to send data out. Quarantine Scout is an agent built to survive that page. Every page is opened in its own throwaway Docker sandbox under gVisor (runsc): non-root, read-only, no capabilities, no secrets, CPU/memory/process/time limits, no route out and no DNS. The only exit is an egress proxy with an allow list that logs every request. Page text is screened (rules, nemotron-3.5-content-safety, an LLM classifier, failing closed); a quarantined page never enters the prompt, the model only gets {"status": "quarantined"}. The execution layer decides what runs, and nothing is exported before a human approves. Measured on the Vultr VM: - Containment moment: a hostile page made 4 outbound requests (3 to a collector, 1 to the cloud metadata address); all blocked and logged, page quarantined, sandboxes destroyed. 21-23 s, about half a cent per task. - Containment Lab: 13 browser attacks + 2 controls, 15/15 contained; 18/18 in-sandbox checks every 15 min (sandbox kernel 4.19.0-gvisor). - Red-team mode: a scripted compromised model (labelled, 0 tokens) sends 19 hostile requests, all refused. Real models with a weakened prompt made 19 off-list requests in 22 runs; all refused. glm-5.3 never took the bait. - Real work: 12 product titles per batch, one approval. Estimate for 500 listings: about 19-43 min, $0.3-0.8. Honest limits: gVisor is not a hardware VM, screening is heuristic, the market is fictional, samples are small. The README lists them all. NexusForge - Industrial Decision Twin

NexusForge - Industrial Decision Twin

What is NexusForge? In manufacturing plants, a downstream motor overload alarm (RB-04) often triggers an unnecessary €2,450 servo replacement and 210 minutes of downtime, when the true root cause is an upstream €18.50 Viton pneumatic seal (PN-12) starving the line. Conventional dashboards stop at passive alerts, while standard chatbots hallucinate repairs without checking physical inventory. NexusForge changes the outcome. End-to-End Agentic Workflow (Shown in the Demo) 3D Digital Twin & Dual-Source Investigation (Evolus Agent #1): From the 3D assembly line twin, operators trigger an investigation that fuses live IoT sensor telemetry (pressure_bar, torque_pct, temp_c) with OEM technical manuals indexed in Evolus Document Extractors. Shannon Information Gain in the Counterfactual Lab: When multiple fault causes compete (51% pneumatic leak vs 33% regulator instability), NexusForge calculates Expected Information Gain (+0.624 bits) to prescribe the single quickest physical check for the operator. Once confirmed, posterior confidence updates dynamically from 51% to 91%. Inventory & Lead-Time Constraint Solver: Evaluates real-time spare-part stock (0 vs 15 units), supplier delivery lead times (180 min), mathematically blocking machine teardown if required parts are out of stock. Human-in-the-Loop & Evolus Workflow Dispatch (Evolus Agent #2): After the technician completes machine-side checks and signs off by name, a second Evolus Agent compiles the full analysis and triggers an automated Evolus Workflow via REST API, generating the complete maintenance activity package, root-cause diagnosis, and part requirements. Verified Impact & Tech Stack €11,439 saved per avoided misdiagnosis incident & -85% downtime (30m vs 210m). Built with: Open-weight LLMs on AMD Instinct GPUs (ROCm vLLM), Evolus AI (Agents, Workflows, Document Extractors, Knowledge Libraries), Bayesian Entropy Solver, Node.js, SQLite SHA-256 Audit Trail & Docker (52/52 automated tests passed).

InnerOS: Governed AI & Voice Ops on AMD

InnerOS: Governed AI & Voice Ops on AMD

InnerOS is a governed AI operations fabric that moves AI beyond chat and into real business execution. For AMD Developer Hackathon ACT III, we built and verified a new end-to-end partner lane on top of the existing InnerOS control plane. A real Bellini smart-building incident is analyzed by Gemma-4-31B-IT through AMD Developer Cloud and ROCm. Gemma produces a structured IncidentPlan with diagnosis, severity, recommended actions, and execution boundaries. InnerOS then passes that governed result to Evolus, where Workflow and Knowledge Library components turn the decision into an operational work-order representation. InnerOS preserves policy, approvals, execution state, cryptographic evidence, and replay. We are explicit about what was reused versus built for ACT III. InnerOS governance, local AMD ROCm/vLLM/Qwen execution, MCP/A2A coordination, and evidence/replay concepts existed before the event. ACT III added the live AMD Developer Cloud + Gemma integration, structured IncidentPlan contract, live Evolus integration, Bellini→Gemma→Evolus→Evidence pipeline, Judge Console, and public submission package. InnerOS also reuses technology developed in our parallel Alexa hackathon. The working Inner Oz skill already queries live InnerOS/Home Assistant energy data and has demonstrated a governed UniFi restart with owner approval and post-action verification. A newer voice-programming flow can create a GitHub repository and governed InnerOS Ops Task for an AI agent; task creation is verified, while agent completion is tracked separately. The architecture is unified: AMD provides the compute foundation, Gemma provides reasoning, Evolus provides business workflow execution, Alexa provides natural voice access, and InnerOS provides governance, orchestration, evidence, and proof. Reason. Act. Prove.
