Pocketful is a wallet built by a dark factory: four AI agents coordinating in a single BAND room, with no human writing the code. The factory has four seats. A Claude Code planner designs the system and the atomic step plan. Lisa coordinates and verifies. Gwen, running Qwen 80B on local inference, builds the API endpoints. Sigyn, running MiMo, builds the data layer. Every hand-off is an explicit @mention in the room, so each step is visible and nothing starts until its dependencies pass their tests. Getting very different agents onto BAND was a large part of the work. The planner is a real Claude Code session; Lisa uses a Hermes plugin; Gwen and Sigyn join through a Python adapter we built on band-sdk, with 41 tests, running as services on two servers. The adapter injects the room roster into each prompt, validates mentions against real participants, and avoids self and duplicate mentions that BAND rejects. The result is a payments wallet where money is never created, destroyed or double-spent, backed by a double-entry ledger, scoped idempotency and ascending-ID locks, delivered in four stages with 82 passing tests.

Virtualobby is a universal virtual reception agent powered by AssemblyAI's Voice Agent API that transforms how businesses handle visitor check-ins. Instead of filling out paper forms or waiting for a receptionist, visitors simply speak naturally with an AI agent that guides them through the entire process. The system greets visitors by voice, scans their identity document using camera-based OCR powered by Cloudflare Workers AI, asks business-specific questionnaire questions through natural conversation, and registers them automatically — all in a seamless voice-first experience. What makes Virtualobby unique is its versatility: it works for any business type — medical clinics, law firms, hotels, offices, and event venues — each with fully configurable questions, welcome messages, and voice personas. The architecture leverages Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects for instant edge-native sessions, with real-time voice interaction handled by AssemblyAI and document storage in Cloudflare R2. The application is accessible as a Telegram Mini App for zero-friction mobile access, or as a standalone web page on any device. An optional webhook integration delivers completed check-ins directly to a business's existing CRM or PMS system, requiring no custom integration work on either side. Built with a mobile-first design, Virtualobby combines voice, vision, and automation to eliminate repetitive reception work while providing a modern, frictionless experience for every visitor.

Alpaca Options Agent trades defined-risk options spreads — bull put and bear call verticals, iron condors, and a directional debit-spread overlay — on liquid US equities, routed by market regime. A deterministic risk gate runs before any candidate reaches the model: daily-loss circuit breaker, concentration and correlation caps, a credit-to-width floor, a post-stop cooldown. The LLM can decline a gate-approved trade; it can never open one the gate rejected. Rather than build one agent, we ran three in parallel on the exact same imported risk code: this gate-then-decide submission, a fully autonomous zeroclaw agent with no candidate menu at all, and an independent teammate build — compared live on a public dashboard. Every option order goes through Alpaca's official MCP server. Where this account's data tier has no Greeks, IV history, or VIX feed, we compute them in-process and label every one a proxy. The ledger is unedited: profitability is the open question, not the claim.
