FactoryPulse AI–Intelligent Industrial Maintenance

FactoryPulse AI is an industrial intelligence platform designed to help manufacturing teams understand machine conditions, identify potential problems, and make more informed maintenance decisions. The platform brings machine fleet monitoring, machine-health indicators, alert management, anomaly-detection capabilities, and an AI-powered Maintenance Copilot into a unified dashboard. Users can review machine health, inspect prioritized alerts, and ask natural-language questions about equipment maintenance. The Maintenance Copilot uses a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflow to retrieve relevant information from the project's maintenance knowledge base and provide contextual troubleshooting guidance. The platform also integrates the AMD Developer Hackathon's Token Factory API using the DeepSeek-V4-Flash model to generate AI-assisted responses. The backend is built with FastAPI, while the frontend uses React and Vite. The application exposes API endpoints for health checks, predictions, monitoring, fleet information, alerts, and maintenance assistance. FactoryPulse AI aims to make industrial maintenance information more accessible, help teams investigate unusual readings, and support faster, better-informed maintenance workflows. Its current dashboard includes illustrative machine data for demonstration; production deployment would require validated industrial sensor integrations, equipment-specific thresholds, and operational testing.
