Boardroom: Your AI Executive Board

Every founder makes gut-call decisions without knowing how they'll play out — should you cut burn, chase growth, or double down on retention? Boardroom turns that guesswork into a live simulation. Drop your startup into Boardroom and five AI agents — a CEO, CTO, Marketing Lead, Investor, and a Customer voice — each analyze the current state of the company and propose concrete actions from their own priorities. The CEO agent then reviews every proposal, approving or rejecting it against budget limits and strategic alignment, and a deterministic business engine simulates the outcome: technical debt drags engineering velocity, velocity drives product quality, quality drives churn, churn drives revenue, and so on through a real interconnected metric web. Each round plays out in about thirty seconds. You watch the board disagree, see chain reactions ripple across the company (a viral moment straining servers, low morale dragging engineering), and track revenue, users, cash, and valuation on live charts as your company advances through funding stages — pre-seed to IPO — across a four-act difficulty curve that tightens competition and scrutiny over time. Under the hood: agent reasoning is powered by an LLM (OpenRouter/GPT-4o-mini) called server-side through Supabase Edge Functions, so the model never touches the client. Every agent also has a deterministic rule-based fallback, so the simulation keeps running even if the LLM call fails. State — company metrics, agent memory, mood, and relationship with the CEO — persists in Supabase Postgres round over round, so the board actually remembers past decisions. Boardroom isn't a chatbot demo — it's a structured multi-agent system with real constraints, real trade-offs, and a physics-like simulation underneath, built to make strategic thinking tangible.
