BidLens AI is an AI-powered tender intelligence and bid-readiness platform designed to help businesses evaluate RFPs and tender opportunities faster and make better-informed bid/no-bid decisions. Evaluating a tender traditionally requires teams to manually read lengthy documents, identify mandatory requirements, check eligibility criteria, assess risks, and determine whether their organization is capable of delivering the project. This process is time-consuming and can lead to important requirements being overlooked. BidLens AI transforms this process into an intelligent workflow. Users can create a new analysis and upload a tender or RFP document. The system processes the document and uses AI to extract important requirements, identify mandatory criteria, highlight risks and potential blockers, and generate a structured analysis. The platform also includes a company profile containing information such as company name, industry, size, core competencies, services, past project experience, certifications, financial range, geographic coverage, team information, and capability documents. This allows BidLens AI to compare tender requirements against the organization's capabilities and identify strengths, gaps, and areas requiring attention. The result is presented through a professional dashboard with a bid-readiness assessment, recommendation, requirements, risks, capability gaps, strengths, and suggested actions. Instead of simply summarizing a document, BidLens AI aims to help teams answer a more important question: “Should we bid, and what could prevent us from succeeding?” The application was built primarily using native.builder, with Supabase supporting authentication, database, storage, and backend functionality, alongside AI-powered document analysis.
