ExitCheck is a mobile-first exit dashboard designed to simplify daily departure routines. Triggered by tapping an NFC tag at your door frame, the system gathers contextual data in parallel. It queries schedule invites (Google Calendar API), geocodes and routes travel times (Nominatim + OSRM), fetches weather (Open-Meteo), and tracks personal gear checklists and lock states (Prisma + SQLite). A core architectural feature is its resilient AI orchestrator powered by Google Gemini 1.5 Flash. If Gemini API limits or network timeouts occur, a fallback layer serves a structural layout with live routing data, keeping the app 100% operational.
