The application allows users to maintain a digital inventory of ingredients, track available quantities, monitor expiry dates, and identify items that are approaching expiration. By integrating Google Gemini AI, Leftover Genius generates intelligent preparation recommendations based on available ingredients, helping users make better use of what they already have instead of letting food go to waste.
