AI Helper is a real-time AI calling platform designed to help businesses handle customer conversations, enquiries, sales calls, lead qualification, follow-ups, bookings, and other phone interactions. AssemblyAI provides the real-time speech understanding layer. When a call is made through Telnyx, the caller’s voice is streamed to AssemblyAI, which converts the speech into text as the conversation is happening. Instead of waiting for the caller to finish an entire recording, AI Helper can work with live and partial transcription. JEV then acts as the “conversation strategy” of AI Helper. It takes the information coming from the conversation and helps determine where the conversation should go next. Rather than forcing the agent to follow a rigid script, JEV provides a structured framework while allowing the AI to respond naturally. JEV helps the agent understand the caller’s problem, identify their goal, recognize their needs, connect those needs to an appropriate solution, communicate the value of that solution, handle questions or objections, and move the conversation toward a useful next step. The complete flow is: Telnyx → AssemblyAI → JEV → Groq Qwen 27B → Rumik AI TTS → Caller Telnyx handles the phone call, AssemblyAI provides real-time speech recognition, JEV guides the conversation, Groq Qwen 27B generates the response, and Rumik AI converts that response back into natural speech. Information from the conversation is also stored in the database. This allows AI Helper to retain relevant information about the user and use it as context during future calls. As a result, the assistant can remember previous interactions instead of treating every call as a completely new conversation. In simple terms, AssemblyAI gives AI Helper the ability to hear, JEV gives it conversational direction, the language model generates the response, and the memory system allows the assistant to remember the user over time.
