TriageOps compresses the 2 a.m. incident triage loop from 30 minutes to minutes. A deterministic Python pipeline, deliberately not an LLM so it never invents evidence, parses the alert, correlates log lines, resolves tracebacks to an exact file and line, and runs the pytest baseline. IBM Bob then reasons inside the IDE: triage with ranked hypotheses, root cause tracing, a minimal fix proposal, apply and verify against the test suite, and a one page incident report. Proven on a seeded FastAPI service. Bob traced a KeyError crash to victim service app.py line 60, applied a single line fix, and moved the suite from 5 passed and 4 failed to 7 passed and 2 failed, with the 2 remaining failures belonging to separate seeded incidents deliberately left untouched. Then proven on a genuine third party bug: humanize 4.3.0 metric(0) crashes with ValueError, upstream issue 57. Bob reproduced it, proposed a fix blind without seeing the upstream patch, verified metric(0) returns 0.00, then honestly judged the maintainer single line fix cleaner. 16 Bob tasks in total, every session screenshotted under bob_sessions, all reports and diffs rendered live in the Streamlit dashboard.
