PolicyRipple AI is an AI-powered organizational change-management assistant designed to help teams understand the ripple effects of important internal changes before they are implemented. Organizations regularly introduce changes such as return-to-office policies, department restructures, new reporting structures, technology rollouts, and operational processes. The challenge is not simply deciding what to change. Teams must also understand who will be affected, where resistance may emerge, how different stakeholders should be informed, and what needs to happen before and after implementation. PolicyRipple turns this planning process into one simple workflow. A user describes the current situation, proposed change, reason for the change, implementation date, affected departments, and any additional concerns. From this single brief, the application generates a structured change-readiness analysis. The output is organized into four practical sections. Overview provides a readiness score, executive summary, and actionable recommendations. Impact Map identifies stakeholder groups, impact levels, expected effects, and potential resistance. Communications creates ready-to-use drafts for executives, managers, employees, and FAQs. Rollout Plan produces phased tasks covering planning, communication, training, implementation, and review, with suggested owners, priorities, and timelines relative to go-live. PolicyRipple was built primarily with native.builder, using React and TypeScript for the interface and Supabase Edge Functions for secure server-side AI requests. The structured analysis is generated using OpenAI GPT-4o mini through AI/ML API. A strict JSON schema and a single-request architecture keep the workflow reliable and predictable. The project is aimed at HR teams, operations managers, founders, department heads, people managers, and growing organizations that may not have dedicated change-management resources.
