Pocketful is a Venmo-style wallet built by BOTS, a software factory composed of three specialized agent seats: Tom implements, Jerry adversarially reviews, and Spike independently audits delivery. The application evolves through four stages, covering payments, requests, splits, holds, statements, corrections, refunds, settlements, and safe retries. Each stage extends the previous one while remaining independently buildable and testable. The strongest part of the project is the feedback loop after the shipped checks pass. Jerry reproduced a concurrency failure involving 50 simultaneous requests and helped isolate the HTTP listen backlog as the cause. A separate delivery audit exposed a valid 4.3 MB export hitting a generic 2 MB request limit. Both issues were reproduced, fixed, and regression-tested. Pocketful is the product. BOTS is the factory: one agent builds, another tries to break it, and another verifies whether it is ready to ship.
