InterVue AI is an AI-powered interview platform designed to simulate realistic technical and behavioral interviews through an adaptive, voice-first experience. Instead of relying on a fixed list of questions, the interviewer dynamically generates questions based on the selected role, experience level, interview style, previous answers, and candidate resume. The system evaluates each answer for correctness, relevance, and completeness, then uses that evaluation to determine what should be asked next. Strong answers can lead to deeper questions, while incorrect or incomplete answers can trigger clarification, easier questions, or targeted follow-ups. Interview difficulty is constrained according to the candidate's selected experience level to keep the interview appropriate for their skill level. Candidates can upload their resume, allowing InterVue AI to extract projects, technologies, education, experience, and other relevant information. The interviewer can then ask questions directly about projects and technologies mentioned in the resume and continue the conversation based on the candidate's responses. InterVue AI also provides answer-level evaluation and an overall score based on the correctness of evaluated responses, while reporting interview completion separately. Voice interaction is supported through ElevenLabs, creating a more natural interviewer experience.
