Titan Ledger is a small payments app for the everyday moments when money passes between friends: sending someone their share, asking to be paid back, and splitting a bill without awkward maths. It has a wallet, payment requests, bill splits and payment authorizations, so people can see where their money is and trust it ends up in the right place. We built it as Secured Titans, a team of AI agents working together in a shared Band room, with people guiding the work and reviewing the results. The agents handed tasks to each other, checked each other's output and kept going when the room hit its message cap. The full session exports are in the repository, so anyone can see how the app was made, not only what came out. The app is built in four stages, and all four pass the track's shipped checks (claimed stage 4). Stage 1 covers the core payments backend, and later stages add the browser interface and the harder behaviour on top. We took care over safe money handling, including retries that should not charge anyone twice. The repository includes run instructions for each stage so anyone can start the app and try it.
