Insuranos is a voice-first First Notice of Loss system for motor insurance. Today, claimants call after an accident and repeat themselves to agents who type into legacy systems — slow, error-prone, and often missing conditions the caller couldn't accurately report. We replace that with a calm voice agent that captures a complete claim in one call, while the server (not the model) owns phase transitions and field validation. Device GPS, reverse geocoding, and photo EXIF verification enrich the record as third-party evidence, kept structurally separate from caller assertions. A knowledge graph checks cross-claim consistency and flags conflicting facts, and a post-call dashboard gives adjusters a full incident graph, risk analysis, and generated PDF report. Who we need: motor insurers and FNOL operations teams frustrated with call-centre handling time and claim-data quality, plus investors in insurtech and claims automation.
