Root Cause AI Investigator is an autonomous AI engine designed to solve complex system failure investigations across fragmented datasets. During critical outages or metric drops, technical data is scattered across server logs, database CSVs, customer support tickets, and visual screenshots. Connecting these dots manually takes hours, while generic LLMs often summarize symptoms without proving actual cause. Our platform addresses this challenge by combining statistical precision with advanced generative AI. Client-side privacy logic first scrubs sensitive PII data before files are processed. Next, a Python analytics engine evaluates metric spikes against a trailing baseline using z-scores and Pearson correlations. Using Groq models, the system constructs a deterministic causal chain linking every claim back to exact log timestamps and source rows. To eliminate hallucinations, a dual-pass Red-Team model re-evaluates the evidence to challenge initial hypotheses, delivering an audited, explainable root cause analysis on an interactive Streamlit dashboard.
