MIRROR — Workflow Intelligence & Verification

Created by team dev-God on September 29, 2026

What if you didn’t have to program repetitive computer work—you could simply show the computer how you do it? MIRROR is an AI-powered workflow intelligence and verification system that learns repetitive computer tasks from demonstration. It observes a user’s permitted workflow, identifies the underlying pattern, and converts low-level actions into meaningful semantic steps such as Find Invoice → Extract Data → Rename Document → Update Record → Verify. Unlike a traditional macro recorder that blindly replays clicks and keystrokes, MIRROR creates a proposed workflow that the user can review before execution. Explicit human approval is required before automation runs. After approval, MIRROR executes the discovered workflow and verifies the actual postconditions to determine whether the intended result was achieved. Our prototype demonstrates this complete loop using a controlled synthetic invoice-processing environment: OBSERVE → UNDERSTAND → PROPOSE → APPROVE → EXECUTE → VERIFY The goal is to make automation more accessible: instead of manually programming every repetitive task, people can demonstrate how they already work and turn that demonstration into controlled, verifiable automation. MIRROR is currently a hackathon prototype focused on demonstrating the workflow-intelligence concept in a safe, controlled environment.
